FAQ's
The OBO November Sale is a once-a-year event, and stock is very limited — so it’s strictly first in, first served. To give you total clarity, we have listed our frequently asked questions below so you can hit the ground running:
1. Does adding an item to the cart reserve stock?
No, adding an item to your cart does not hold or reserve your item. Your item is only secured once you’ve completed checkout.
2. Are customs and duties included in the price?
All customs duties, sales taxes, and other regulatory charges are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
UK - Any orders over £135 will be charged VAT from your local postal service before delivery.
USA – All relevant tariffs are included in the OBO prices.
Germany - VAT and import duties will be charged by your local postal service before delivery.
Netherlands - VAT and import duties will be charged by your local postal service before delivery.
For all other countries, you'll need to contact your local customs office for rates, exemptions, exclusions, and any other queries, as we do not have this information available to us.
3. If I place multiple orders, will they be shipped together?
If you place multiple separate orders and would like them shipped together, please email us at sale@obo.co.nz. We’ll try to combine your orders, and if your total qualifies, we will refund any additional delivery charges you may have incurred.
4. What if my order is for a gift or birthday present?
If your order is a present and you would prefer it not to arrive in clear packaging, please let us know by adding a note in the special instructions section when reviewing your cart.
5. How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch. Good things take time!
